About the Role

As a Customer Service & Sales Associate at arenaflex, you will be a vital member of our Customer Service and Sales team, engaging directly with customers on a daily basis. Your primary mission will be to provide outstanding service, share expert knowledge about the products available to our customers, and help arenaflex continue to lead our local market territory. The Customer Service & Sales Associate is accountable for establishing best practices, refining operational processes, and supporting customer care objectives that ultimately drive overall sales margin growth.

This is not a typical behind-the-desk role. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement and Outreach: Contact and engage consumers using provided lead lists from our valued clients, with the goal of progressing toward developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with existing customers.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Answer customer questions promptly and accurately regarding order status, payment processing, product details, promotional offers, and any technical issues related to the overall customer experience.
  • Active Listening and Empathy: Display exceptional active listening skills, perceive emotional cues especially under challenging situations, and empathize with customers to enhance their overall positive experience with arenaflex.
  • Product and Service Expertise: Gain comprehensive product and service knowledge by attending regular client meetings focused on technology updates, sales promotions, and new product launches.
  • Leadership Development: Actively develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills through hands-on experience, mentorship programs, and ongoing training opportunities.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales growth through strategic participation in promotional campaigns, cross-selling initiatives, and upselling techniques that align with customer needs and preferences.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, share feedback with the team, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a positive, professional ambassador for arenaflex and our client brands in every customer interaction.

  • Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a customer service-based position that requires heavy communication skills, ideally in a sales, retail, or client-facing environment.
  • Availability: Must be able to work full-time hours with weekend availability as needed to meet business demands.
