Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Communication: Reaching out to potential customers via live chat, email, and other approved communication channels to introduce arenaflex programs, generate interest, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Inbound Call Handling: Taking incoming calls from prospective students, addressing inquiries about driving programmes, and providing detailed, accurate information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Sales Goal Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly client and student acquisition targets. You will use arenaflex-provided training and resources to upsell relevant programmes and services to interested prospects.
  • Payment Processing: Accurately processing payments for enrolled students, ensuring all transactions are handled securely and in compliance with company protocols.
