Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, empathetic, and tech‑savvy individual to join our Remote Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, delivering world‑class assistance to passengers across the globe via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Reservation management: Assist passengers with new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with arenaflex policies.
  • Issue resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer complaints, billing discrepancies, and service disruptions with speed and empathy, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Irregular operations support: Provide clear guidance during flight delays, cancellations, and other operational irregularities, helping passengers re‑book, obtain refunds, or access alternate travel options.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Partner with the Operations, Revenue Management, and Loyalty teams to share insights, streamline processes, and improve overall passenger satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications
