Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) at arenaflex are the vital bridge between our high‑energy sales organization and the customers who rely on our products to bring their projects to life. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive office and administrative assistance to assigned Outside Sales Representatives, ensuring that every sales interaction is backed by accurate documentation and timely follow‑up.
  • Credit Coordination: Gather and verify all necessary customer information to facilitate smooth credit approvals, working closely with finance and the sales team to minimize delays.
  • Quote Preparation & Presentation: Develop detailed, competitive quotes using arenaflex’s pricing tools, and present them to the sales rep or directly to the customer with confidence and clarity.
  • Order Management: Maintain and update customer change orders, delivery schedules, and order status in our industry‑standard software platform, ensuring that every stakeholder has real‑time visibility.
  • Customer Advocacy: Respond promptly to inbound calls and emails, addressing order‑related questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing empathetic, solution‑focused support.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with production, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order discrepancies, expedite shipments, and uphold the high service standards arenaflex promises.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks, suggest enhancements to workflow, and contribute ideas that improve the overall efficiency of the Inside Sales function.
