Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls using the Avaya‑compatible USB headset and CT soft‑phone software.
  • Provide accurate, courteous, and timely information about arenaflex services, policies, and procedures.
  • Document each interaction in the designated CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through resolution steps.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to senior support staff while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
  • Adhere to scheduled shift times (options include 12:30 pm‑9:00 pm, 1:30 pm‑10:00 pm, 2:30 pm‑11:00 pm, or 3:30 pm‑12:00 am) and meet performance metrics such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team huddles to stay current on product updates and best practices.
  • Maintain a professional home office environment, ensuring a quiet backdrop for calls and compliance with arenaflex’s equipment standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven call‑center or customer‑service experience (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.
  • Basic proficiency with computer applications, including email, web browsers, and CRM platforms.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to deliver an outstanding phone experience.
  • Residency in one of the following states: Florida (FL), Indiana (IN), Kentucky (KY), or Ohio (OH).
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload and download) via a hard‑wired Ethernet connection—Wi‑Fi is not acceptable.
  • Home workstation meeting the minimum specifications: Intel Core i3 processor, 16 GB RAM, Windows 10 operating system, and a functional monitor.
  • USB headset that is Avaya compatible, along with a dedicated microphone and speaker for clear audio.
  • Willingness to install arenaflex‑required software (CT soft‑phone) on your computer.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with Avaya or similar telephony platforms.
