Position Overview

This is a full‑time or part‑time remote opportunity, with a brief on‑site visit to Tallahassee, FL to collect company‑provided equipment. Travel expenses are reimbursed, and all necessary hardware—including a secure computer, headset, and VPN access—is supplied by arenaflex. The role is ideal for bilingual professionals fluent in Portuguese and Creole (or Spanish) who thrive in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, accurate, and consistent information to callers regarding Medicaid eligibility, enrollment steps, and benefit details.
  • Assist individuals and families in navigating the online portal, completing required documentation, and resolving account‑related issues.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of personal health information in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
  • Document each interaction in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up.
