Role Overview

The Remote Customer Support Analyst will lead the execution of the Customer Insight Center’s processes, develop scalable tools for internal teams, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver secure, privacy‑focused solutions. You will work closely with design, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to shape the future of arenaflex’s customer analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Ownership: Drive the end‑to‑end execution of the Customer Insight Center workflow, ensuring high‑quality, accurate data entry for internal stakeholders.
  • Methodology Development: Define, document, and communicate a clear methodology, prioritization framework, and operating procedures for the Insight Center.
  • Tool Design & Scaling: Build and scale tools that meet the security and privacy requirements of internal teams handling customer data and behavior.
  • KPI Management: Identify, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and internal adoption of the Insight Center.
  • Industry Vigilance: Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends in customer digital behavior, analytics, data security, and privacy, identifying opportunities for product innovation.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, arenaflex Interface, Data Science, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver best‑in‑class customer analytics solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and privacy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Propose enhancements to processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms based on feedback and performance data.
  • Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive documentation and conduct training sessions for internal users to maximize adoption and effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry, product management, or customer analytics within a large‑scale organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows and deliver high‑quality results in a remote environment.
