Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Customer Support: Answer calls, chats, and emails from customers seeking assistance with products or services, delivering timely and courteous solutions.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct proactive follow‑ups, satisfaction surveys, and issue resolution calls to ensure customers feel valued and heard.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, guiding customers step‑by‑step through resolution processes.
  • Billing Assistance: Review, clarify, and correct billing inquiries, ensuring accuracy and transparency for each customer.
  • Social Media Content Review: Monitor and moderate brand‑related social media interactions, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and brand tone.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Windows/macOS, web browsers, and common office software.
