Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join Team arenaflex. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing timely assistance, answering questions about medical products and services, and resolving concerns with a focus on compassion and accuracy. Key Responsibilities

  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for auditing, reporting, and continuous‑improvement purposes.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional education in health administration or related fields is a plus.

Work Environment & Technical Requirements

As a remote team member, you will work from a private residence that meets arenaflex’s security and connectivity standards. arenaflex will provide the necessary equipment, which may include a headset, webcam, and secure software access. You must have a reliable broadband internet connection (DSL or cable) with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps. Your workstation should be ergonomically set up for prolonged sedentary work, and you will be required to maintain a quiet, distraction‑free environment during your scheduled shifts.

Physical Demands

  • Predominantly sedentary work, involving extended periods of sitting while using a computer and telephone.
