[Remote] AI Business Operations Lead

This role involves managing the GenAI roadmap, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that AI investments translate into measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise GenAI roadmap, ensuring alignment between AI capabilities, business priorities, and technical feasibility
- Lead evaluation, prioritization, and execution of AI POCs, pilots, and RFPs, partnering with IT, Security, Engineering, and vendors
- Drive the transition from pilot to scaled deployment, ensuring AI solutions are operationally viable and enterprise‑ready
- Serve as the business operations owner for internal AI platforms and agent capabilities, including roadmap planning and ongoing optimization
- Coordinate cross‑functional dependencies (technology, security, data, change) to ensure successful AI platform launches
- Oversee technical project management for enterprise GenAI initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery of AI solutions
- Collaborate with leadership to define enterprise AI strategy and set strategic goals and priorities for the team
- Own the enterprise AI value realization framework, translating AI adoption into measurable productivity, quality, and capacity outcomes
- Define and maintain standardized value metrics, targets, and success criteria for priority AI initiatives across functions
- Partner with Finance and business leaders to quantify FTE‑equivalent productivity gains, cost avoidance, and ROI from AI investments
- Establish a repeatable operating model to move from anecdotal AI wins to durable, enterprise‑level value measurement
- Prepare and deliver regular executive‑level reporting on AI adoption, value realization, and progress against FY26 priorities
- Act as the primary owner of enterprise AI outcomes, operating rhythm, and value realization, partnering closely with the Adoption & Enablement Specialist
- Provide strategic direction, priorities, and success metrics that inform enablement programs, training plans, and adoption campaigns
- Collaborate with enablement and change partners while remaining accountable for overall AI initiative success and business impact
- Ensure alignment between what is being enabled and what is driving measurable enterprise value
- Translate AI adoption and productivity gains into capacity planning, financial impact, and investment narratives for senior leadership
- Use data and insights to inform prioritization decisions across competing AI initiatives
Skills
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business operations or program management, with a strong focus on technology or AI projects
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep technical understanding of AI technologies
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
- Understanding of AI technologies and their application in an enterprise setting
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights

- Relevant certifications in project management or AI technologies are a plus
