[Remote] Marketing AI Specialist

As a Marketing AI Specialist, you will design and implement AI-enabled workflows, collaborate with technology teams, and optimize marketing operations using AI tools and automation.
Responsibilities
- AI Agent Development: Design, build, and maintain custom AI agents (via OpenAI GPTs, Gemini, Claude) to assist specific roles, such as SEO and AEO, copywriters, and performance marketers
- Workflow Automation: Use tools like Zapier, Glean, and Gemini to integrate LLMs into our existing tech stack (Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Technology teams in design, implementation and evolution of best practices and guidelines for AI-enabled workflows
- Prompt Engineering & Governance: Develop a library of high-performing, standardized prompts and "Brand Voice" models to ensure output consistency across the team
- Tool Evaluation: Stay on the pulse of the AI landscape, vetting new tools and vendors in collaboration with Technology counterparts to ensure we stay ahead of the curve while maintaining data security
- Training & Enablement: Host "AI Office Hours" and workshops to upskill the marketing team on how to effectively use AI in their specific functions
- Content Supply Chain Optimization: Automate the "repurposing" pipeline—e.g., turning a single webinar video into 10 social posts, a blog, and an email sequence using AI
- Operational Documentation: Build and maintain an internal "AI Playbook," ensuring every automated workflow is repeatable
- KPIs: Develop and optimize marketing AI performance measurement systems by identifying KPIs, establishing baselines, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining company values and brand integrity
- AI Governance Partnership: Liaise and collaborate with AI Governance teams in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to AI security, safety, transparency, and bias
- Coach: Coach and partner with each marketer through a progressive journey: from awareness, to first win, to regular AI integration, to full workflow transformation, to self-sufficiency
Skills
- AI Literacy: Deep experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and their various strengths/weaknesses
- Low-Code/No-Code: Mastery of automation platforms to connect APIs
- Basic Programming: While not a 'Developer' role, proficiency in Python or JavaScript is highly preferred for writing custom functions or scripts
- Data Privacy: A solid understanding of AI ethics, copyright issues, and data security (ensuring proprietary data doesn't leak into public models)
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, AI, Marketing, Operations or similar field
- A portfolio of 'Builds'—show us the agents and/or automated workflows you've already deployed
- Experience with multi-modal AI (image generation via Midjourney/DALL-E, video via Sora/Runway, or audio synthesis)
- Bachelor's degree
