[Remote] Marketing Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SOZI AI Inc. is a mission-driven health technology startup focused on youth colorectal cancer prevention through innovative platforms. They are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to support content development, brand awareness, community engagement, and social media growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an on-camera personality for selected short-form video content
- Brainstorm and develop creative content concepts aligned with company goals
- Assist in growing SOZI AI's presence across social media platforms
- Identify relevant trends and opportunities for audience engagement
- Support community-building and brand awareness initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the Founding Social Media & Content Creator on content strategy and campaign planning
- Research competitors, industry trends, and best practices
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and storytelling initiatives
- Assist with content planning and execution
- Help strengthen SOZI AI's relationship with students, young adults, healthcare stakeholders, and future users
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable appearing on camera
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital trends
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance
- Interest in startups, healthcare, technology, or entrepreneurship
