[Remote] Amazon Connect Architect
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Purview Infotech LLC is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Architect with hands-on expertise in migrating from NICE CXone / NICE inContact or other IVR platforms to the Amazon Connect platform. The role involves working on Amazon Connect architecture and implementation, as well as managing migration strategies and deployment support.
Responsibilities
- Amazon Connect architecture & implementation
- NICE to Amazon Connect migration
- Contact flows, IVR, routing profiles, queues
- AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch
- CRM integrations (Salesforce/ServiceNow)
- Omnichannel support (Voice, Chat)
- SIP/PSTN telephony knowledge
- Migration strategy, cutover & deployment support
Skills
