[Remote] Business Development Manager – Educational Services

Hire Score LLC is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow partnerships within K-12 school districts. The role focuses on expanding existing district relationships and developing new partnerships while providing support staffing and managed staffing services.
Responsibilities
- Expand existing school district accounts through cross-selling and relationship growth
- Develop new business opportunities within public and private K-12 school systems
- Sell long-term support staffing and managed staffing solutions
- Build relationships with Special Education Directors, Superintendents, and district leadership
- Conduct proactive outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, conferences, and virtual meetings
- Identify district staffing challenges and position strategic workforce solutions
- Partner internally with operations and recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery
Skills
- Experience selling staffing, workforce solutions, or managed services into K-12 schools, including support staffing solutions
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts and develop new business
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- Strategic, organized, and thoughtful approach to business development
- Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience preferred
