[Remote] Senior Project Manager

Scott Humphrey Corporation is a national general contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager for mission-critical and data center construction projects. The role involves leading projects from preconstruction through commissioning while managing budgets, schedules, and client relations.
Responsibilities
- Lead mission-critical and data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning — budget, schedule, subs, and client relations
- Coordinate MEP scopes across critical power (40–50 MW environments), cooling, and manufacturing systems
- Manage commissioning activities and serve as the primary owner-facing PM on site
- Drive OAC meetings, project reporting, and schedule adherence on fast-track deliveries
Skills
- 5–12 years of PM experience; 3+ years on mission-critical, data center, or industrial projects
- Comfortable with full-time travel — this is a project-based, on-the-road role
- Strong MEP knowledge — critical power, cooling, BMS
- OSHA 30 required
- Procore and P6 preferred
