[Remote] Clinical Educator - Western U.S.

They are seeking a Clinical Educator to provide high-quality clinical education, product training, and implementation support for patient monitoring solutions in acute care environments, working closely with healthcare providers to ensure successful adoption and use of their technology.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-services across the full patient monitoring portfolio, tailoring education to customer workflows, clinical environments, and learning needs
- Provide hands-on clinical application training across hospital departments and care settings
- Assess education needs across nursing units and specialties and adjust instruction accordingly
- Support system installations by identifying customer workflows and configuration needs
- Provide on-site clinical support during go-live events and final implementations
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from installation to active clinical use
- Conduct follow-up visits and ongoing phone support to reinforce education and promote sustained product adoption
- Maintain strong, trusted relationships with clinical staff and leadership at customer sites
- Serve as a clinical liaison between customers and internal teams including Technical Support, Service, and Systems Solutions
- Provide on-call clinical support through the technical support line following established escalation and documentation procedures (on-call rotation begins after one year in role)
- Manage time and territory independently to meet customer education needs effectively
Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license from an accredited institution
- 2–3 years of active nursing experience using cardiac monitoring in acute care settings
- Strong knowledge of advanced cardiac arrhythmias, hemodynamics, Swan-Ganz, and cardiac output monitoring
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse clinical audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple accounts and priorities
- Highly independent and self-motivated, comfortable working autonomously in the field
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical staff, nursing leadership, and internal teams
- Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and translate them into practical clinical application
- Flexible and adaptable, able to manage last-minute schedule changes in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Field-based role requiring approximately 85% travel by car or air
- Must reside within 40 miles of a major airport
- Ability to stand and deliver training sessions for 2–5 hours at a time, multiple times per day
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during implementations and on-site support
- Ability to lift and carry equipment or training materials up to 25 pounds and push carts through clinical environments
- BSN preferred; alternate nursing degree accepted with 5+ years of nursing experience
- Experience educating other nurses through staff development, preceptorship, or formal training programs strongly preferred
