Robert Half is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant to support a high-profile media engagement focused on campaign measurement and performance analysis. The role involves analyzing marketing performance across channels, integrating with cross-functional teams, and delivering insights to influence business and media investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned media channels
- Build and apply regression-based models to measure marketing effectiveness
- Develop reporting frameworks, performance summaries, and campaign wrap-ups
- Generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders
- Partner with planning, investment, activation, and analytics teams to support campaign optimization
- Evaluate audience performance and segmentation opportunities
- Design and execute measurement approaches to assess media effectiveness
- Support budget allocation decisions through data-driven analysis
- Present findings and recommendations to both internal teams and client stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve measurement methodologies and analytics processes
- Provide analytical support for ad hoc business and marketing initiatives
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, marketing science, advertising analytics, or a related field
- Experience working within a media agency, advertising agency, or media-focused environment
- Strong expertise in regression modeling, statistical analysis, and campaign measurement
- Proven experience measuring and optimizing multi-channel media campaigns
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience presenting findings to clients and executive audiences
- Audience segmentation and consumer analytics experience
- Attribution, forecasting, and ROI modeling expertise
- Experience working with first-party and third-party data solutions
- Familiarity with data clean rooms and data lake environments
- Media budget optimization experience
- Team leadership, mentorship, or project leadership experience
