[Remote] Clinical Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced 180 Clinical Research Recruiter with 2–3+ years of recruiting experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environments. This role focuses on identifying and placing top talent across research sites, sponsors, and CROs while managing the full candidate lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Source Clinical Talent — Build pipelines of qualified candidates across clinical research functions
- Full Candidate Lifecycle — Screen, qualify, prep, and guide candidates through interviews and offers
- Partner With Account Managers — Align on role requirements and deliver high-quality candidate submissions
- Market Intelligence — Stay informed on hiring trends across pharma, biotech, and medical device sectors
- Pipeline Management — Maintain strong, proactive pipelines for high-demand clinical research roles
- Candidate Experience — Provide a consultative, high-touch experience throughout the hiring process
Skills
- 2–3+ years of recruiting experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environments
- Experience placing roles such as Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), Clinical Research Nurses (CRNs), Clinical Trial/Study Associates, Data Coordinators, etc
- Strong understanding of GCP, clinical trial phases, and research site workflows
- Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver consistent weekly activity
- Prior staffing agency experience strongly preferred
