[Remote] Business Development Manager / Sales Representative – Ready Mix Concrete

TITAN, Consultants & Engineers, LLC. is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager/Sales Representative with experience in the Ready Mix Concrete industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, identifying project opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the construction and infrastructure market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and project owners
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Ready Mix Concrete products
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Skills
- 3+ years of sales/business development experience in Ready Mix Concrete, cement, aggregates, construction materials, or related industries
- Strong network within the construction and infrastructure sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
