Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trilyon, Inc. is partnering with a leading Retail organization to find an experienced Change Management Consultant. The role involves leading change management activities for strategic transformation programs, conducting assessments, and developing strategies to support organizational change and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead organizational change management activities for strategic transformation programs
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and analyze findings
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans
- Perform change impact assessments and identify risks
- Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational adoption
- Create training materials and instructional design programs
- Develop communication plans to support change initiatives
- Coach leadership teams on organizational development and behavioral change
- Support culture transformation and workforce enablement initiatives
- Collaborate with global teams, including offshore stakeholders
Skills
- Strong Change Management / OCM experience
- Expertise in Organizational Readiness Assessments
- Change Impact Assessment experience
- Stakeholder Management and Executive Communication skills
- Training Development and Instructional Design experience
- Organizational Development background
- Retail, Apparel, or Fashion industry experience
- Supply Chain transformation experience highly desired
