[Remote] Junior Account Manager (Contractor)

Marqeta is on a mission to change the way money moves, providing a card issuing platform that enables companies to manage payment operations in real time. They are seeking a Junior Account Manager who will support marketing efforts and collaborate with multiple teams to manage key business accounts and customer communications.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the strategic efforts of the POD leader in managing key business accounts
- Managing the collateral feedback and approval process, coordinating reviews across internal stakeholders, incorporating revisions, and ensuring all customer-facing materials receive required sign-off prior to distribution
- Creating monthly customer-centric content to keep the broader organization apprised of customer updates, key metrics, and other information pertinent to the Revenue & Go To Market team
- Supporting the development and delivery of presentation materials in Powerpoint/Google Slides, Word/Google Docs, and Excel/Google Sheets (QBRs, Executive Briefing Decks, process outlines, etc.)
- Supporting day-to-day customer management processes
Skills
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Ideally demonstrate experience working in Operations or Account Management
- Experience documenting, tracking, and supporting the daily functioning and operations of customer programs
- Experience delivering polished, error-free work
- Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written, email)
- Experience prioritizing, managing and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously
