[Remote] Healthcare Executive Board Member – Internal Medicine Advisor

Alzheimer's Treatment Centers of America (ATCA) is seeking a healthcare executive board member with expertise in internal medicine to shape their innovative approach to Alzheimer's and related cognitive conditions. The role involves providing strategic leadership and guidance in areas such as multimorbidity management, clinical model development, and governance for responsible scaling of care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the evolution and strategic positioning of ATCA’s care model through the lens of internal medicine, including multimorbidity, cardiometabolic risk, inflammation, preventive care, medication management, and the identification of systemic contributors to cognitive decline
• Guide the standardization and replication of clinic operations across markets, including care pathway design, interdisciplinary structures, and systems that preserve quality while enabling sustainable growth
• Provide guidance on chronic disease integration, care coordination, quality metrics, value-based care alignment, risk stratification, and the clinical frameworks needed to support high-quality care for adults with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders
• Advise on AI-enabled care delivery, digital health integration, strategic differentiation, and the governance infrastructure required to scale responsibly and credibly
