[Remote] Senior Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Thornova Solar is seeking a seasoned full-cycle recruiter to support end-to-end talent acquisition for their teams. The role involves collaborating with leadership to define talent requirements, executing talent sourcing and screening, and managing the interview process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal leadership to define talent requirements and optimize recruitment strategies and job postings
- Execute full-cycle talent sourcing and screening, and build sustainable talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs
- Manage end-to-end interview coordination, feedback follow-up and candidate relationship to deliver high-quality candidate experience
- Support background verification, offer administration and new hire onboarding, and regularly track and report recruitment KPIs
Skills
- 5+ years full-cycle recruitment experience
- Skilled in US talent sourcing, proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and cold candidate outreach
- Fluent in English, adaptable to team alignment, with strong communication skills
- Data-driven with solid KPI management experience
- Solar or manufacturing industry experience
