[Remote] Social Media Coordinator

They are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to manage their brand presence across various social media channels, engaging with the community and driving growth through creative content and strategic campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create and curate daily content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and X, mixing gameplay highlights, excitement, memes, and culture
- Be the first point of contact with our players, replying to comments and DMs and keeping conversations alive across every channel
- Support influencer activations, giveaways, and content drops that hype new features and events
- Keep Gains' tone authentic, fun, and tuned in to gaming culture
- Track engagement metrics, spot what's working, and use data to push growth
- Catch memes, gaming news, and viral moments before they peak so Gains is always in the conversation
- Navigate brand guidelines carefully in a regulated space, keeping messaging fun without crossing compliance lines
Skills
- 1–3 years managing social media for a gaming, crypto, or startup brand
- Strong copywriting and storytelling instincts, with a real knack for humor and cultural awareness
- Comfortable with social management and scheduling tools
- A self-starter who can work a flexible schedule for real-time engagement, including some evenings and weekends when moments break
- Strong sense of brand voice and judgment about what to post and what to skip
- Knowledge of gaming, crypto, or sweepstakes culture
- Experience growing a community or account from the early days
- Familiarity with influencer outreach and creator partnerships
