[Remote] Contract Sales Recruiter

They are seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Sales Recruiter to support full-lifecycle recruiting for sales positions across the organization. This role requires someone who can effectively manage the recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
- Proactively source top sales talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative sourcing strategies
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and team dynamics
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and provide regular updates on recruiting activity and progress
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and manage candidate activity within the ATS to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Provide market intelligence and compensation insights to support competitive offer decisions
Skills
- 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales roles
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards
- Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent work environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Prior experience recruiting for technology or cybersecurity companies is strongly preferred
