[Remote] Private Equity & Investment Analysis Expert (Remote | $100 –$130/hr)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Call For Referral is seeking experienced Private Equity professionals and Investment Banking Analysts for a remote opportunity. The role focuses on assessing financial analyses, reviewing investment materials, and enhancing the quality of AI-generated outputs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial models and provide insights to strengthen AI-generated analyses
• Review market sizing and Total Addressable Market (TAM) assessments
• Create and assess investment summaries, research reports, and investment memoranda
• Support Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) creation and review
• Participate in due diligence processes and transaction-related evaluations
• Review and process NDA and other legal documentation
• Source potential investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations

Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in Private Equity and/or Investment Banking at a top-tier firm
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Financial Modeling
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Market Sizing / TAM Analysis
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Investment Analysis, Investment Summaries, and Investment Memoranda
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: CIM Creation and Due Diligence
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: NDA and Legal Document Processing
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Deal Sourcing
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and investment research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
