[Remote] Business Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Artis Energy Solutions is a full-service energy solutions provider headquartered in Middletown, Connecticut. The Business Development Representative will provide customer service and support to small commercial clients, assist with scheduling assessments, and perform outreach to prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a helpful point of contact for customers
- Answer questions about our services and available energy programs
- Assist with scheduling free building assessments
- Ensure each customer has a clear understanding of the process
- Perform outbound calling and email outreach to prospective customers
Skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; college degree or license in a skilled trade (e.g., electrical, mechanical)
- Strong phone and cold calling skills
- Strong aptitude for Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a mandatory background check
