[Remote] Social Media and Content Manager

ForceBrands is a next-generation consumer products platform focused on building and scaling category-defining beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. They are seeking a highly creative Social Media & Content Manager to own and elevate their organic social presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, while defining the brand's social voice and executing content strategies to drive engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the organic social strategy as a key brand growth channel
- Establish a clear social point of view, content strategy, and role within the broader brand ecosystem
- Identify and scale high-impact growth opportunities across creators, content formats, cultural moments, and emerging platforms
- Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and optimize content performance
- Build a test-and-learn approach to improve engagement, reach, and brand affinity
- Partner cross-functionally to integrate social into product launches, campaigns, retail moments, and commerce initiatives
- Own planning and execution of the organic social calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Develop weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal priorities
- Create platform-specific content strategies tailored to TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Translate product benefits, ingredient stories, beauty routines, and wellness education into engaging, scroll-stopping content
- Maintain a consistent posting cadence aligned with business objectives
- Optimize captions, hooks, and creative formats based on platform best practices
- Schedule and publish content while ensuring accuracy across channels
- Identify storytelling opportunities and recommend new content initiatives
- Create and edit social content using Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools
- Develop stories, carousels, motion graphics, thumbnails, and short-form video assets
- Repurpose creator and user-generated content for organic social use
- Partner with creative and influencer teams to maximize content performance
- Maintain a library of approved assets, templates, and creative resources
- Define and execute the brand voice across all social platforms: elevated, approachable, educational, and culturally relevant
- Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, thoughtful manner
- Engage authentically in relevant conversations and cultural moments
- Monitor audience sentiment, recurring questions, and community feedback
- Share consumer insights with internal teams to inform marketing and product decisions
- Escalate customer concerns or sensitive issues when necessary
- Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Jasper, or similar platforms to enhance content creation and creative output
- Stay informed on emerging trends in AI-generated content and digital storytelling
- Balance efficiency and automation while maintaining a highly authentic brand voice
- Support and execute in-person brand activations and community experiences
- Plan and host intimate, high-impact events designed to deepen consumer engagement and brand loyalty
- Help transform digital audiences into long-term brand advocates and community members

- 4–6 years of experience in social media and community management
- Experience working with high-growth beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Strong proficiency with Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar editing platforms
- Experience incorporating AI tools into content creation workflows
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and UGC strategies
- Exceptional written communication and community engagement skills
