They are seeking a Senior Recruiter who will consult with hiring managers, source candidates, and secure new business opportunities to help grow their staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Consult hiring managers to identify and shape staffing needs
• Identify and source qualified candidates through direct calling, LinkedIn, and your own network
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with hiring companies through targeted email, direct calling, and referral marketing efforts
• Conduct in depth interviews to qualify skills and job fit
• Creatively utilize social media to grow your network and attract top candidates

Skills

• Demonstrated experience networking, engaging people, selling, and creating opportunity through your own efforts
• Established track record of sales success in a corporate environment
• Strong desire to grow professionally, personally, and financially
• Unflappable personal and professional integrity
