[Remote] SAP OTC (Order‑to‑Cash) Consultant – MI Location only

They are seeking a remote SAP OTC (Order‑to‑Cash) Consultant to support the end‑to‑end OTC cycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment within SAP.
Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end OTC cycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment within SAP
- Analyze existing business processes, define improvements, and translate business needs into functional SAP OTC specifications
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (such as finance, operations, and IT) to ensure alignment across SAP OTC, SAP FICO, and related master data
- Prepare documentation, support user training, troubleshoot production issues, and provide expertise during releases and enhancements
Skills
- Strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash business processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and integration to finance
- Demonstrated analytical skills to assess requirements, identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and recommend data‑driven solutions
- Consulting experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage expectations
- Hands‑on SAP experience, ideally with SAP OTC and SAP FICO integration, including knowledge of core configuration and data flows
- Experience managing and maintaining master data relevant to OTC (customers, materials, pricing, and related data objects)
- Proficiency in documenting functional specifications, test cases, and user guides, and supporting UAT and production support
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively across distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Previous experience in a similar SAP consulting or implementation role within a complex, multi‑site environment
