[Remote] Accounting Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. V2Soft is seeking an Accounting Specialist to oversee daily tax functions and maintain compliance while contributing to strategic financial planning. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on tax filings, research, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate tax returns and regulatory reports
- Manage tax-related records, including depreciation schedules and capital expenditure logs
- Stay current on tax law changes and ensure company practices remain compliant
- Evaluate tax implications of business transactions and operational decisions
- Identify opportunities for tax efficiencies and cost savings
- Partner with external consultants on more complex tax matters
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate tax
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Professional fluency in both Korean and English (including technical tax terminology)
