[Remote] District Sales Manager

They are searching for a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Design Consultants, driving profitable revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves team development, business strategy, and recruiting top talent to build a winning culture.
Responsibilities
- Own the district's budget and sales targets, focusing intensely on key levers like close rate, average order size, and successful service recovery
- Engage in daily, high-impact interactions with your DCs, using constructive dialogue and challenging questions to drive individual sales and marketing activity
- Lead weekly team meetings and calls that aren't just status updates, but high-octane training sessions focused on next-level sales techniques and product mastery
- Continuously educate your team on cutting-edge products, service innovations, and the hottest promotions
- Coach and incentivize DCs to become self-generating lead machines, unlocking massive additional earning potential through self-sourced appointments
- Utilize Key Performance Metrics (KPMs)—like Revenue per Appointment, 'First Time Right,' and client satisfaction scores—to provide personalized coaching that boosts earnings and success rates
- Motivate and empower your team to capture every sales opportunity through dynamic networking, creating strategic business partnerships, leveraging existing client relationships, and targeted community canvassing
- Identify emerging client markets/hotspots and collaborate on developing creative, tailored strategies to dominate them
- Partner with our world-class marketing department to execute repeatable programs that maximize self-generated lead returns
- Continuously prospect, recruit, and retain an aggressive, ambitious, and actively engaged team of Design Consultants
- Hit your sales hiring goals by seamlessly partnering with our stellar recruiting team while always keeping your eyes peeled for that next DC superstar
- Build, foster, and maintain a vibrant culture defined by success, fierce recognition, continuous learning, and winning together
- Conduct meaningful performance and business reviews and take decisive corrective action when required to ensure the team maintains peak performance
Skills
- 5+ years of successful experience leading, motivating, and growing a highly dynamic, aggressive outside/in-home sales team
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
- Demonstrated, infectious passion for mentoring and developing sales employees into top performers
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding challenging sales objectives
- Ability to participate in high-impact evening and weekend events
- High energy, strong work ethic, contagious enthusiasm, and the inherent ability to coach and mentor others
- Established professional network in the local community
