[Remote] Fully Remote Sales Rep
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Victory Marketing & Development LLC is expanding its team of licensed insurance agents across the United States. This fully remote position allows agents to sell and serve clients while benefiting from established lead access and independent carrier options without the need to recruit.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective clients
- Conduct needs-based consultations by phone or video
- Present appropriate coverage options from multiple carriers
- Complete applications and guide clients through underwriting
- Maintain accurate client and pipeline records
- Submit business in compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and case support
Skills
- Active Life and Health insurance license
- Current or recent insurance production experience
- Experience in life, final expense, mortgage protection, health, Medicare, property and casualty, or a related insurance field
- Strong consultative phone-sales skills
- Professional, reliable, and coachable
- Comfortable managing an independent schedule and pipeline
- Comfortable working in a commission-only, 1099 environment
- Applicants must be authorized to conduct insurance business in the United States
