[Remote] Crop Protection Rebate Analyst

The Crop Protection Rebate Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate net cost calculations, maintaining pricing integrity, and managing rebate programs to optimize financial performance through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and reliable net cost setup, maintenance, and validation across assigned programs
- Monitor rebate program performance against defined goals and identify opportunities to improve financial outcomes
- Partner with Strategy and Finance teams to optimize program performance and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Utilize Power BI reports and dashboards to monitor pricing, rebate, and net cost performance
- Perform in-depth analysis to identify trends, variances, and key drivers impacting net cost, rebate performance, and profitability
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance reporting and data visibility based on business needs
Skills
- Experience with data systems including Power BI, PowerApps, and Snowflake
- Strong data management skills, including advanced Excel capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Process improvement and automation mindset
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- 4-year college degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting required
- You are a strong communicator with verbal, written, and presentation skills
- You can work independently with minimum supervision
- You bring a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
