[Remote] Platform Solutions Consultant

Rippling is a company that provides a unified platform for HR, IT, and Finance, enabling businesses to manage their workforce systems efficiently. The Platform Solutions Consultant will assist stakeholders in leveraging the technical capabilities of the Rippling Platform, focusing on revenue generation and customer value through technical demonstrations and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to ensure the success of prospects during their evaluation of Rippling
- Partner with other Solutions Consultant as an overlay expert on Rippling’s most advanced platform capabilities
- Understand a prospect’s technical requirements and convey the business value of Rippling’s Platform
- Manage and assist in technical demonstrations and POCs for prospects that address their unique business objectives
- Create, present, and maintain technical content such that customers are successful using the Rippling Platform
- Provide customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
- Become a product expert across the entire Rippling platform and understand the competitor landscape
- Work with your SC peers and SC leadership to build a best-in-class SC organization
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with experience in a modular platform, doing hands on building for POCs and demonstrations and working with APIs using Postman or similar
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
