[Remote] Forward Deployed Process Analyst

As a Forward Deployed Process Analyst, you will translate business and operational requirements into solution designs, partner with cross-functional teams, and support the end-to-end delivery of use cases.
Responsibilities
- Conduct current-state assessments, including SOP review and process mapping, to support use case design
- Provide operational and technical guidance during implementation, go live, and stabilization phases
- Develop stakeholder communication plans and support client-facing discussions
- Design or contribute to training and change management plans to drive adoption
- Define and maintain KPIs and SLAs for assigned engagements and support steady-state performance tracking
- Identify risks, dependencies, and operational gaps; recommend mitigation strategies
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, healthcare operations, enterprise software, or implementation support
- Strong problem-solving and solution design skills
- Ability to translate operational needs into executable delivery plans
- Stakeholder engagement and cross functional collaboration
- Comfort working with data, metrics, and AI-enabled tools
