The role involves managing a live book of immigration cases, coordinating with attorneys and clients, and ensuring clear communication throughout the immigration process.
Responsibilities
- Manage a live book of immigration cases, working directly with employers and individual visa beneficiaries
- Coordinate with attorneys and drafting specialists, prioritise urgent matters, and ensure customers are informed about their cases
- Handle written customer communication, internal coordination, and disciplined follow-up
