[Remote] Business Analyst -Cash Management

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VARITE INC is a global staffing and IT consulting company providing services to Fortune 500 Companies. They are seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Cash Management to support product development, document business needs, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Crafting user stories and sprints to support the product development
• Defining and documenting customer business functions and processes
• Domain expert with payments and clearing, passionate about translating visions into solutions and contributing to a continuous cutting-edge business and organization customer experience
• Identifying, defining and documenting business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of systems access after consulting with functional unit management and personnel
• Ensuring the system design is perfectly aligned as per the needs of the users
• Participating in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of new system with the view of automating the test plan
• Assisting business to coaching technical and non-business staff on the product intents, business requirements and value to customers
• Developing a training curriculum and conducting formal training sessions covering assigned product module
• Acting as a team lead on designated projects or assignments and providing work direction to one or more technical or clerical staff
• Demonstrate the ability to manage stakeholders across functions
• Skilled in reviewing SIT, UAT test cases and ensuring all positive and negative functional and non-functional scenarios are covered
• Able to guide the business on value-added changes and avoid non-value- added changes with focus on business process transformation
• Work closely with Product Owner and Business stakeholders to identify the prioritized backlog items and expand the required user stories in an incremental deliverable

Skills

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in banking and dominant experience in Cash Management in corporate banking and Financial institutions clearing
• Understanding business objectives, and strategic plans with high capability to comprehend the organization's goals and problems to be solved
• Strong technical acumen and process driven
• Able to work independently to create processes from scratch
• Comfortable in working in sprints and working in hybrid Agile/ Waterfall environments
• Comfortable with data analysis to support product management information analysis and decision making
• Skilled in MS Office applications Miro, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DevOps or equivalent Confluence
