The role involves reviewing talent acquisition documents and providing structured feedback to enhance the quality of HR materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity in the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks involving recruiting, talent acquisition, hiring workflows, role requirements, interview planning, onboarding, and people programs
- Review HR and recruiting materials for accuracy, completeness, rigor, clarity, and practical relevance
- Assess whether recommendations are realistic, measurable, and aligned with the stated hiring or workplace context
- Identify inaccurate assumptions, unclear hiring logic, incomplete candidate evaluation criteria, weak recommendations, or poor linkage between data and conclusions
- Review materials involving candidate pipelines, recruiting metrics, interview scorecards, hiring manager updates, outreach materials, job descriptions, and structured interview plans
- Assess whether recruiting materials are fair, clear, professionally written, and useful for decision-making
- Evaluate spreadsheets, dashboards, interview guides, hiring process summaries, and executive-facing recommendations for rigor and usability
- Provide clear written feedback that improves HR and recruiting artifact quality
- Review spreadsheets for structure, logic, calculations, formatting, usability, and consistency
- Assess slide decks for organization, visual clarity, executive readability, and presentation quality
- Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace files
- Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
Skills
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in HR, recruiting, talent acquisition, people programs, hiring process design, interview design, onboarding, workforce planning, or related work
- Native or professional fluency in English
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs
- Ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to provide structured feedback
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
- Academic backgrounds in human resources, business, organizational psychology, industrial-organizational psychology, management, communications, education, or related fields may be relevant
- Advanced degree from a reputable institution may be valuable
- Professional training in recruiting, HR, structured interviewing, talent acquisition, people analytics, or workplace program design may also be relevant depending on project scope
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Certifications or training such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter training, or comparable HR/recruiting credentials
- Experience with ATS or HRIS tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, BambooHR, or similar platforms
- Experience creating or reviewing job descriptions, interview guides, scorecards, hiring dashboards, onboarding materials, recruiting reports, or people-related presentations
- Strong ability to evaluate both HR/recruiting substance and visual/presentation quality
