[Remote] Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HireMinds is partnering with a well-established consumer brand undergoing a significant enterprise data transformation. They are seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive discovery, stakeholder engagement, and product delivery for a next-generation Enterprise Data Platform that supports analytics and AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for new data products and capabilities
- Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
- Partner closely with engineering, architecture, analytics, and governance teams to prioritize and deliver scalable data solutions
- Own product backlogs, roadmap planning, sprint priorities, and release execution
- Drive adoption of enterprise data products across multiple business functions
- Balance new feature development with platform scalability, performance, and technical debt reduction
- Help define best practices around data accessibility, governance, quality, and documentation
- Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle
Skills
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience building or scaling enterprise data products, analytics platforms, data warehouses, or data ecosystems
- Strong understanding of modern cloud data architectures
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts
- Ability to work effectively with engineers, data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in complex organizations
- BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms
- Tableau or other business intelligence tools
- Google Cloud Platform experience
- Python or R exposure
- Data governance, cataloging, or data quality initiatives
- Retail, ecommerce, consumer products, or large enterprise environments
