About the Team
The arenaflex Data Adventures team is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of retail data by designing and delivering B2B intelligence products that enable merchants and suppliers to optimize their operations. Our work directly influences how the world’s largest retailers and brands approach strategy, customer engagement, and supply chain decision-making.
As a member of the “Know Your Customer” initiative within Data Adventures, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Global Technology, Data Governance, and various product teams. You will support the Product Management group in expanding a portfolio of customer-centric products by identifying new product opportunities, evaluating feasibility, and proposing scalable, data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Data Preparation and Cleaning: Process and refine large datasets by identifying and correcting errors, detecting outliers, and transforming raw data into structured formats suitable for analysis and reporting.
- Exploratory Data Analysis: Conduct rigorous exploratory analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations. Apply statistical methods to test hypotheses, validate assumptions, and generate predictive insights.
- Programming and Automation: Leverage programming languages—particularly Python and SQL—to manipulate data, automate workflows, and extract meaningful insights from massive datasets.
- Quality Assurance and Accuracy: Maintain meticulous attention to detail, recognizing discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors in data to ensure the highest standards of analytical accuracy.
- Dashboard and Report Creation: Build intuitive dashboards and comprehensive reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications
