Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Communication

Booking & Reservation Support

  • Assist customers with new bookings, reservation modifications, cancellations, and upgrades.
  • Clearly explain fare rules, refund policies, travel restrictions, and loyalty program benefits in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Accurately process payments, issue credits, and ensure that all transactions comply with arenaflex policies and regulatory standards.

Flight Information & Travel Updates

  • Provide real-time flight information, including departure times, gate changes, delays, cancellations, and boarding procedures.
  • Proactively notify customers of disruptions and help them rebook or adjust their travel plans as needed.
  • Stay current on weather, security, and operational updates that may impact customer travel.

Baggage Assistance

  • Respond to baggage inquiries, including lost, delayed, damaged, or missing items.
  • File baggage claims accurately and follow up on behalf of customers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Educate customers on baggage policies, size and weight restrictions, and special item handling procedures.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Document customer feedback, compliments, and suggestions using internal systems and tools.
  • Participate in team huddles, quality calibration sessions, and training refreshers to continuously sharpen your service skills.
  • Contribute ideas for improving customer-facing processes, scripts, and digital tools.
