What You'll Do – Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Inbound Customer Support: Handle a steady flow of inbound calls from guests and hosts seeking assistance with reservations, account issues, payment questions, listing management, and general platform navigation. Each interaction requires patience, accuracy, and a genuine desire to help.
- Active Listening & Strategic Questioning: Use proven probing techniques to fully understand each customer's unique situation before recommending solutions. The ability to listen deeply and ask the right follow-up questions is the foundation of every successful interaction.
- Drive Sales Performance & Hit Targets: Meet and exceed established sales and customer satisfaction metrics. Whether it's upgrading a subscription, promoting a new feature, or identifying cross-sell opportunities, you'll play a direct role in driving revenue while still putting the customer's needs first.
- Manage Cancellations & Retention Efforts: Skillfully handle cancellation and suspension requests by identifying root causes, addressing concerns empathetically, and offering compelling alternatives to retain subscribers. - Familiarity with short-term rental platforms, travel marketplaces, or hospitality software
- Experience handling escalations or retention-focused calls
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Spanish, French, or Mandarin)
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms
Work-From-Home Requirements
To succeed in this remote role, you'll need a dedicated, professional home office setup that allows you to focus fully and deliver consistently. Specifically, we're looking for:
- A Quiet, Distraction-Free, Secure Workspace: A private area where you can take calls without interruptions, background noise, or privacy concerns.
- Reliable High-Speed Internet Connection: Minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload — the faster, the better. A hard-wired Ethernet connection is required for optimal call quality. Wireless and satellite internet providers are not compatible with our systems.
- In-Home Network Capability: Your network must consistently support high call quality and fast response rates without interruption.
- A Compatible Smartphone: An iOS or Android device, 4 years old or newer, on which you're willing to download our internal communication app for company updates and team connectivity.

Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive Hourly Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
- Full-Time Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week. Shifts may fall anywhere between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time, giving you some flexibility to choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
