What You’ll Do at arenaflex

As a Global Equity Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in administering and optimizing arenaflex’s equity compensation programs. Your contributions will ensure the seamless operation of long-term incentive plans, stock purchase programs, and performance-based awards for employees around the globe. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive Data Audits: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly data integrity audits to ensure full operational compliance with equity-based long-term incentive plans, stock purchase plans, and related programs. You will identify discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and maintain the highest standards of accuracy.
  • Award Processing: Manage the processing and release of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards. Your precision will directly impact the financial well-being of our global workforce.
  • Transaction Review: Review equity transaction activity, including stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, process partners, and other internal or external stakeholders. Your clear communication and customer-focused approach will build trust and confidence across the organization.
  • Grant and Enrollment Activities: Support the equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.
  • Ad-Hoc Analytics and Reporting: Produce custom data analytics and reports to support ongoing operations, strategic initiatives, and executive decision-making.
  • Process Documentation: Review and maintain equity management processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure scalability, consistency, and compliance with evolving regulations.
  • Additional Projects: Perform other equity plan management tasks and special projects as needed to support the team’s mission.

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for candidates who bring a blend of education, experience, and a passion for learning. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience in finance, accounting, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of stock plan instruments, including stock options, Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and employee stock purchase plans (ESPP).
  • Proven ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of HRIS platforms (Workday experience preferred), including data transfer methods, reporting structures, and system interrelationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and convert findings into precise, actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service orientation.
