Key Responsibilities

As a member of the HR Technology team, you will collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure that HR data is accurate, secure, and readily available for business decision‑making. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Data Entry & Validation: Accurately input employee records, compensation details, and benefits information into HR systems, performing routine quality checks to maintain data integrity.
  • Data Governance Support: Assist senior analysts in establishing data standards, naming conventions, and metadata documentation for HR datasets.

Essential Qualifications
