Partner Skilling PM (Asia region)
As the Asia Partner Skilling Program Manager, you will drive the execution of strategic skilling programs that enable partners across six markets to build expertise in Microsoft solutions and accelerate their AI transformation journey. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and partner engagement, serving as a trusted partner to regional leadership and a key driver of execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Regional Skilling Programs Own end-to-end delivery of flagship initiatives including Certification Weeks and AI Tour for Partners (AITfP) Drive program strategy, planning, localization, and execution across Japan, Korea, and Greater China Ensure high-quality, scalable delivery while maximizing reach and partner impact Accelerate Partner Engagement Design and execute demand generation strategies to drive participation at scale Equip field teams with compelling, ready-to-use assets and enablement resources Build and optimize partner-facing engagement channels Drive Operational Excellence Manage delivery partners and vendors across Asia, ensuring strong execution, quality, and capacity Oversee learning platforms and event tooling to deliver seamless experiences Establish repeatable frameworks to scale programs efficiently Own Budget & Business Health Lead regional budget planning, forecasting, and optimization across skilling programs Ensure disciplined financial management while maximizing program outcomes Partner with vendors on SOWs, POs, and operational processes Deliver Insights & Impact Track key performance metrics including participation, certifications, and ROI Provide clear, data-driven insights to leadership through executive-ready reporting Continuously improve programs based on performance and feedback Qualifications 8+ years of experience in program management, learning & development, partner enablement, or event operations Proven ability to deliver large-scale, multi-market programs across Asia Pacific Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across stakeholders and levels Preferred Familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem, certification pathways, or skilling programs Experience in localization and multilingual program delivery
