What you’ll be doing Spotting the next big opportunity: identifying new hotel projects—conversions, new builds, or rebrands Building powerful relationships with owners, investors, developers and partners Turning ideas into deals by structuring, negotiating and closing agreements Analysing and unlocking project potential with feasibility and valuation insights Owning the full deal lifecycle from outreach to approval Coordinating internal teams to bring deals to life What makes it exciting High impact role with direct influence on growth and revenue Autonomy to manage your territory and pipeline Variety with travel, networking and dealmaking Clear performance targets and visible success Part of a leading global hospitality brand What we’re looking for Proven experience in business development, real estate or hospitality Strong network across owners, investors or operators Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability Ability to work independently and remotely Strong interpersonal and communication skills You’ll thrive here if you are Target-driven and results-oriented A confident communicator A relationship builder Proactive and forward-thinking Culturally adaptable Your background Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Hospitality Experience in hotel development, franchising or real estate transactions Experience negotiating management or franchise agreements Fluent English (additional languages are a plus) The bottom line This is an opportunity to shape the future of hospitality in your region, build a portfolio you can be proud of, and make a visible impact on a global business.
