In this role, you will: Lead the delivery of Centric's D365 solutions to include the analysis of client business process, and provide expert guidance, creative solutions, best approaches and practices. Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical and functional solutions across the Microsoft platform, driving the adoption of new features and technology Work with project sponsors, product owners, business analysts and project managers throughout the planning and implementation. Design and development of domain-specific implementations Identify business/project risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary Who You Are: 10+ years of proven experience implementing and managing Dynamics 365 (CE) at an enterprise level In-depth knowledge of all modules of Dynamics 365 CE Strong implementation experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, etc) Evaluate, design, and implement D365 business solutions and assist clients in deploying their solutions Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Effectively facilitate meetings with project team members and sponsors with the ability to translate technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts. Must be knowledgeable of best practices for utilizing technology, automation, and various software applications in order to achieve the highest level of productivity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Consulting experience or industry background. Clients don't come to us when the problem is easy. You should enjoy taking on the hard stuff.
