What You Will Do

Provide advice, support, and counsel to the legal function for strategic and operational priorities. Keep current with legal developments affecting the health law practice area to incorporate into advice and support. Execute tasks under the general guidance of senior team members. Maintain regular contact with a variety of clients; demonstrate clear communication skills and a strong appreciation for the business and operational needs of clients. Support, promote, and implement legal initiatives. Advance the implementation of policies and procedures. Effectively identify issues and escalate complex matters as appropriate. Appropriately manage and steward internal and outside counsel financial resources. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Attorney obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed. Education: Juris Doctorate degree required. Work Experience: 5 years of experience as licensed, practicing attorney required.
