[Remote] Business Analyst, Fan-Based Marketing

They are seeking a Business Analyst for their Fan-Based Marketing team to enhance audience planning, monitoring, and performance reporting, utilizing data to create personalized fan experiences.
Responsibilities
Be an expert in our fan data, helping to identify and fill data gaps, using internal resources and outside vendors Create and maintain live analytics reports and dashboards to provide insight into the performance of campaigns to stakeholders Conduct in-depth marketing analysis efforts to provide insight into new business opportunities; present findings and make recommendations to stakeholders Support data-related problem-solving and product development efforts by the Fan-Based Marketing team Model and size audiences relevant to support campaign objectives Collaborate with division Business Analysts, Data Services and other functional teams as needed to understand the impact of analysis across multiple areas of the business Skills 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related field Proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregation, and nested queries Strong statistical knowledge, with experience in hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and A/B testing methodologies Experience with data visualization and presentation of analysis and findings Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights and recommendations from analysis and present proposals to internal stakeholders MS Excel proficiency, including lookups, pivot tables, and complex formulas Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills Proactive and intellectually curious Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and familiarize oneself with new software and technologies Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate findings to a wide audience Understands data ETLs, transformations and pipelines Experience working with digital marketing and customer data in an environment like Databricks Proficiency with Python or R for data analysis Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Domo Experience with marketing automation tools and customer data platforms Benefits Medical, vision, dental and mental health benefits for you and your family, with access to a health care concierge, and Flexible or Health Savings Accounts (FSA or HSA) Free concert tickets Generous paid time off including paid holidays, sick time, and personal days 401(k) program with company match Stock reimbursement program New parent programs including caregiver leave and baby bonuses, plus fertility, adoption, foster, or surrogacy support Career and skill development programs with School of Live, tuition reimbursement, and student loan repayment Volunteer time off Crowdfunding match Company Overview Live Nation Entertainment is a producer, promoter, and seller of live concert tickets for artists and fans.
